Rembrandt Toned Pastel Pads are made with artist quality materials. The pad contains 50 pages of (pure) virgin long grain fibres that are 100% recycled, which makes it environmentally friendly, high-quality and FSC approved. These sheets have a neutral pH size (internally) which makes them genuinely acid-free. Each page is 180gsm which can be used for pastels, charcoal and other dry art techniques. The paper is slightly rough in texture and tan or steel in colour.

The Rembrandt Toned pad is cut-edge which provides a clean edge to the paper. The cover is paperback and is used as a basic covering for the multitude of sheets underneath. The bind is glued, and additionally it has a weakened edge so each page can be easily removed without ruining the paper; and can also open-flat. This pad is rather thick and a great accessory if you are interested in exploring dry art techniques and is a great pad for any artist at any level.
