This pastel paper delivers exceptional strength and permanence due to its high cotton content. The sized, fine-grain surface is ideal for holding pastel pigment from both oil and soft pastels. Pastel Paper is most recommended for use with oil and soft pastels, but can also be used with charcoal, coloured pencils, pen and any mediums that emphasise shading and highlighting techniques.
