Clairefontaine Paint On Square Sketchbooks are made with paper that is developed in order to facilitate different artistic techniques. The book contains 32 pages of 100% cellulose and PEFC certified paper. These sheets have a neutral pH size (internally) which makes them genuinely acid-free. Each page is 250gsm which can be used for watercolour, sketching and journaling. The paper is smooth with a slight texture and White, Grey or Brown in colour. This sketchbook comes in one singular size of 14x14cm.

The Clairefontaine Square Sketchbooks are cut-edge which provides a clean edge to the paper. The cover is very soft to touch and something that is similar to paperback; it is also available in three colours which correlate to the colour of the paper. The bind is stitched, which provides additional quality to this product, and can also open-flat. The book also includes an elastic band and pull tab adding something different to this Paint On book. This notebook is slightly thick and a great accessory if you are interested in trying Urban Sketching and is a great pad for any artist  at any level.
