Bockingford Mixed Paper Pads are made and produced with a variety of fine art watercolour papers. The pad contains 12 sheets of Mould Made paper, the sheets have a neutral pH size (internally) which makes them genuinely acid-free. Each page is 300gsm (140lb) which is designed to be used with Watercolours. The paper is white in colour and comes in three textures. Not, Hot (Smooth) and Rough (Cold) these three distinct textures are all bundled in this one pad, containing four sheets of each.

Bockingford Mixed Paper Pads are cut-edge which provides a clean edge to the paper. The cover is paperback, easy to remove and acts more as a basic cover for the paper. The pad is glued on one side which can also open-flat. This pad is slim and a great accessory if you are interested in trying Watercolour and is a great pad for any artist at any level. Additionally no animal products or materials were used in the production of this paper. Making it 100% vegan friendly.

Due to it being 300gsm (140lb), it is classed as a heavyweight paper and will take watercolour or any other similar wet technique well, without easily buckling. We would not suggest any heavier medium such as acrylic or oil, however pastels and sketching materials will work perfectly. The three unique textures give the artist a chance to explore different surfaces in one space.
