Seawhite Euro Black Paper Sketchbooks are made and produced with thick, high quality paper. The pad contains 50 individual sheets of mixed media, all cartridge paper that weighs 140gsm. The sheets have a smooth finish to their surface as well as being 100% acid-free. The papers inside are designed to be used with a variety of media, specifically white or lighter tones work expertly on this surface. The contrast between light and dark pops on this work surface. 

Seawhite Euro Black Paper Sketchbooks are cut-edge which provides a clean edge to the sheets. The cover is hardback, and is durable to protect the paper inside as well as to provide a hard backing to work on easily. The pad is bound with a spiral bind, and has the ability to expand as the pad is filled. This pad is thick and excellent as a study sketchbook as it has lots of high quality pages to produce work on. The black paper can also be used for displaying photographs or other pieces of work. Great for working in the negative on the go. Available in a wide variety of sizes. 

We recommend that this pad is perfect for a variety of Sketching and Drawing media primarily. Materials such as pencils, charcoal pastels and pens work expertly on the smooth black surface. Lighter coloured materials, or interference techniques will look fantastic on this black surface. The spiral bind allows the pad to expand while filled in, meaning pictures and other items can be stuck in and the pad can still open and close effectively, making it a fantastic display book.
