Khadi Papers Log Books are made with Khadi handmade paper from their mill in India.The notepad contains 180 pages of 100% cotton rag paper, which is renowned for being high-quality, strong, durable and can last years without deterioration. These rag papers are the only handmade papers in India made with neutral pH size (internally) which makes them genuinely acid-free as well as lignin and sulphur free. Each page is 90gsm which can be used for charcoal and pastels as this medium can take hold onto the paper really well. The sheets comes in grey or off-white in a smooth texture. 

The Khadi Log Book is cut-edge compared to most other Khadi products making this unique within the range and provides a clean edge to the paper. The cover is paperback and is the same sheets as the pad itself. The bind is hand-stitched using a section-stitch technique making it very secure; it can also open-flat. This notebook is thick and has one size of 12cm x 17cm making it great for transporting and useful for sketching.

We recommend that this log book is perfect for some mixed media and works especially well with pencil and fineliners. Because it is 90gsm it is a light weight that can easily be used for dry art techniques but some wet techniques can be used, however, we would suggest using a thicker paper.
