Daler Rowney Simply Pocket Sketchbooks contain smooth fine grain fibres designed to be used with pens and pencils primarily. These sheets have a neutral pH size (internally) which makes them genuinely acid-free. The paper has a smooth cartridge finish giving the surface a very slight amount of texture. Available in one weight at 100gsm.

Daler Rowney Simply Pocket Sketchbooks are cut-edge which provides a clean edge to the paper. A high quality, acid-free, cartridge pad that is loved by professionals and amateur artists alike. The paper is designed to be used with Pencils and Pens, perfect for scrapbooking, journaling or artwork on the go. 

The pad is available in 9x14 cm sizing and contains 24 individual sheets. This version features a textured black soft cover. 

We recommend that this paper is perfect for dry art techniques and works especially well with pens and pencils. It is a light weight paper and will not take watercolour or any other similar wet technique well and the paper will break or buckle. That being said, it can be used with light watercolour works and pastels. We would suggest any dry medium, however pens, pencils, charcoal and other sketching materials will work best on this surface.
