Fabriano Artistico Extra White Watercolour Blocks contain 20 or 25 sheets of Mould Made, 100% cotton paper. These sheets have a neutral pH size (internally and externally ) which makes them genuinely acid-free. Each pad is available in 140lb or 300lb and designed to be used with Watercolours. The paper varies in texture with Hot and Not press available and all paper is extra white in colour.

Fabriano Artistico Extra White Watercolour Blocks are cut-edge which provides a clean edge to the paper. The cover is paperback, easy to remove and acts more as a basic cover for the paper. The pad is glued on four sides and pages can be easily removed for stretching with a kraft knife. The pad can also open-flat. The block is thick and a great accessory if you are interested in trying Watercolour and is a great work surface for an artist looking to explore higher end materials in their process. The blocks are available in 5 x 7 Inch and 9 x 12 Inch sizes. Additionally no animal products or materials were used in the production of this paper. Making it 100% vegan friendly.

We recommend that this pad is perfect for watercolour and wet in wet techniques. Because it is 140lb/300lb it is a heavyweight paper and will take watercolour or any other similar wet technique well and the paper won’t easily buckle. We would suggest any wet medium, however pastels and sketching materials will work also.
